How To Qualify

Qualification is based upon being named a finalist in one of the Award categories.

Award Categories:

• New Partner of the Year
  • Description: This award honors a partner in its first full calendar year of partnership that, after meeting minimum requirement thresholds, has delivered a sizeable revenue contribution and made significant business development investments in NetApp.
  • Eligibility: Be a NetApp partner operating in Australia and/or New Zealand who has joined the NetApp Unified program in the past 12 months.
• Partner of the Year – Preferred
  • Description: This award will be attributed to the NetApp Partner (Gold Level) which has shown a consistent record of achievement against KPIs and a readiness to rapidly grasp and sell new solutions and technologies. This award will recognise excellence in the delivery of NetApp solutions, service and support to end user customers.
  • Eligibility: Be a NetApp Reseller Partner (Gold Level only) operating in Australia and/or New Zealand.
• Service Provider Partner of the Year
  • Description: Awarded to the partner who has excelled in creating either a new SP GTM in the past year and secured significant numbers of net-new customers or has expanded an existing SP environment and achieved breakout growth.
  • Eligibility: Be a NetApp Reseller Partner (Gold Level only) operating in Australia and/or New Zealand.
• Alliance Partner of the Year
  • Description: This award honors an individual who continuously aims to connect and build key relationships whilst strengthening alliance engagement as well as uncovering new collaboration opportunities. Working alongside sales and technical teams, this particular individual advocates NetApp technologies and value proposition to the broader market.
  • Eligibility: Be an individual currently employed by NetApp partner operating in Australia and/or New Zealand (Disti/Reseller/SP/SI/ Alliance).
• Sales Excellence
  • Description: This award will be made to the individual who has demonstrated exceptional growth in revenue and how partner profitability is achieved, showcasing exceptional customer relationship knowledge and sales management expertise.
  • Eligibility: Be an individual currently employed by a NetApp partner operating in Australia and/or New Zealand (Disti/Reseller/SP/SI/ Alliance).
• Technical Excellence
  • Description: This award recognises an individual who has demonstrated best of breed technology leadership, a commitment to maintain high levels of skills, quality processes and consistently high customer satisfaction through investment in their technical capabilities.
  • Eligibility: Be an individual currently employed by a NetApp partner operating in Australia and/or New Zealand (Disti/Reseller/SP/SI/Alliance).
• Rising Star
  • Description: This award recognises an individual who is new to the NetApp partner ecosystem but who in a very short space of time has gone above and beyond to become enabled on NetApp’s value proposition and shown outstanding commitment and application to promoting NetApp solutions in their first year working with us.
  • Eligibility: Be an individual currently employed by a NetApp partner operating in Australia and/or New Zealand (Disti/Reseller/SP/SI/Alliance).
• Hall of Fame
  • Description: This award recognises an individual who has demonstrated best of breed leadership, a commitment to maintain high levels of skills, quality processes and consistently high customer satisfaction through investment year over year.
  • Eligibility: Be an individual currently employed by a NetApp partner operating in Australia and/or New Zealand (Disti/Reseller/SP/SI/Alliance).
• Deal of the Year
  • Description: Each year there are one or two stand out deals – for their size, complexity, scale, innovation, or outcome in the face of unique competitive headwinds. The winner of this category will have led a win for NetApp with one or more of these attributes to create a truly marquee customer win.
  • Eligibility: Be an individual currently employed by a NetApp partner operating in Australia and/or New Zealand (Disti/Reseller/SP/SI/Alliance).
• GSI of the Year
  • Description: This award will be dedicated to a globally established NetApp Partner that has gone above and beyond in exceeding the KPIs as well as their continuous efforts in grasping, selling and delivering new NetApp solutions. This award recognises the high calibre of results and endless support provided to NetApp end users.
  • Eligibility: Be a NetApp GSI Partner operating in Australia and/or New Zealand.
• Distributor of the Year
  • Description: This award honours the NetApp distributor which has shown consistent efforts and delivery of results in expanding and improving the partner ecosystem. This award also rewards sales excellence, high degree of partner engagement and the exceptional delivery, service and support of NetApp solutions.
  • Eligibility: Be a NetApp Distributor operating in Australia and/or New Zealand.
